eCommerce Development Manager

Savannah, GA


TMX Finance ® Family of Companies is looking for an eCommerce Development Manager to join our eCommerce technology team and manage the day to day activities within the organization’s software development function. As a high-profile development leader, you will guide the development team by example and inspire development excellence to complement our best-in-class mobile application.


Essential Functions & Responsibilities


Apply and guide development best practices and standards.


Oversee development team in designing, building, testing, deploying, maintaining and supporting applications.


Establish policies and procedures that impact departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.


Develop short- and long-term product roadmaps to ensure continuous improvement of software.


Oversee implementation of software development methodology.


Apply and guide operational best practices (including change control).


Contribute to impact analysis sessions with other technology stakeholders.


Lead release management efforts and communication.


Actively lead development meetings and lead sprints to successful delivery.

Job Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mobile web and/or mobile app development experience is a plus
  • Architecting eCommerce solutions within AWS or other cloud providers
  • Analyzing and mitigating risk and identifying single points-of-failure
  • Experience in the Lending industry
