Authorized Appraiser Coordinator

Carrollton, TX

As the Authorized Appraiser Coordinator, you will join our corporate team in Carrollton, TX, providing administrative support to our Regional Directors and Authorized Appraiser locations, or Independent Contractors. You will serve as the liaison and/or coordinator with regards to proper execution of paperwork for the established Authorized Appraiser locations and serve as a point of contact to answer any questions and facilitate the process.  


Support Authorized Appraiser locations, acting as the point of contact with proper set up of the account/locations, obtaining signatures on contracts as needed, etc.  

Liaise with Director of Regulatory Operations in our Legal Department to provide all necessary documents pertaining to the Authorized Appraiser locations identified.  

Provide strong customer service in partnering with new Authorized Appraiser locations identified by our Regional Directors.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications


  • High School Diploma
  • 1-3 years of clerical or administrative experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Customer service skills, particularly over the phone and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
