Bilingual Area Account Manager

The TMX Finance® Family of Companies is looking for an Area Account Manager to join our team and become a part of a dynamic corporate culture dedicated to supporting our business and team members. As Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing outside sales for our Authorized Appraiser locations.




Grow our business by building successful, long-term account relationships.


Satisfy independent contractor needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.


Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills.


Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.


Generate new sales leads using existing and potential customer networks.


Serve as the point of contact and handle individual account needs.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications


  • A minimum of 2 years proven work experience in a sales or account manager role.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Hands on experience in Account Management and/or Outside Sales and/or National Account Sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must possess strong customer service skills with a go-getter, positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Bilingual in English / Spanish


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
