As a Contact Center Representative, you would be part of a dynamic corporate culture dedicated to supporting our stores and team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Interact and develop relationships with customers via telephone and LiveChat functionality to drive sales and build new business sources.


Sell loan/pawn products to interested consumers and contact or follow up via telephone on sales leads generated by various online entities.


Serve as the first contact for inquiries made through the customer service hotline and provide unrivaled customer service assistance to current and potential customers while maintaining appropriate documentation.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 0-3 years’ experience in a call center environment
  • Sales-oriented mentality and a passion for customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and reward, results-driven environment
  • Ability to handle multiple competing tasks with ease and enthusiasm
  • Outgoing and confident personality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree or higher
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
