Job Description


As a Product Manager, you will support your team’s responsibility to manage emerging loan products.  This includes product performance, evaluation of the customer experience, quality, and strategy, and would help ensure our organization can quickly respond to change and effectively manage the way our business functions. Your technical ability and comprehension, along with your relationship-building skills and prioritization abilities, will be your keys to success in this role and in managing the quality of deliverables.





Collaborate with stakeholders to define and create a distinctive product vision including requirements, definitions, parameters, and specifications; refining based on feedback from end users, executive thought leaders, and product management input; and translating into an executable roadmap and release plan.


Analyze market and competitive landscapes to understand opportunities and coordinate with various internal partners in order to capture overall business needs and strategic direction/alignment.


Lead project teams and manage activities associated with cross-departmental or organizational, entity-wide scope, coordinating multiple projects with impeccable follow-up and organization for time-sensitive deadlines.


Communicate and advise management team of project statuses including inter-project and external project dependencies, creating and delivering presentations on project goals, plans, and progress reports.


Implement best practices in order to build discipline and consistency across the project portfolio throughout the project team and groups.


Recommend improvements to messaging and alignment with current strategies, maintaining a performance-driven mindset and ensuring seamless campaign execution from implementation to launch, analysis, and back-end reporting.


Develop efficient and reliable metrics to help measure the success of store-based strategic initiatives, and act as the Subject Matter expert for the development of product marketing and go-to market strategies.


Perform market and pricing research and provide recommendations as well as producing product introduction plans and ongoing product management, leveraging cross-functional relationships with a variety of groups throughout the organization.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years of experience within the financial services or retail industry
  • Experience with product management and pricing
  • Strong analytical thinking and financial planning/strategy skills
  • Strong strategic and tactical thinking abilities
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, naturally curious, and proactive
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with technical and business acumen
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to create reports and pull data from multiple sources
  • Ability to exercise discretion, tact, good judgment, and poise in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Must be strongly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite




  • Experience with card services within the consumer finance industry and/or multi-unit retail.





This Product Manager is part of the Product Management team. In addition to product management, relationship management, and service delivery of stores system application and infrastructure service, the team is dedicated to driving and coordinating strategic planning for key IT programs and initiatives for the business.
