Job Description

As a Project Manager of Enterprise PMO, you would not only perform administrative duties, but would also be responsible for managing department projects as assigned. Your organizational and time management skills will make your support to the work we do invaluable.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and coordinate the Sr. Director's calendar and overall schedule, as well as screen calls and emails with confidentiality, scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences while also scheduling and booking travel arrangements.

Manage and coordinate multiple projects with impeccable follow up and organization to ensure projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames.

Work with department heads to strategically align project goals with the mission of the Company.

Draft correspondence and memos, as well as aid in the research, gathering, analysis, and documentation of requirements, specifications, business processes, and requested data and information.

Produce information by transcribing, formatting, editing, and transmitting text, data, and graphics, and develop presentations, flow charts, and other materials as requested.

Maintain responsibility of meeting logistics as required, including room reservations, catering, and audio-visual equipment.

Prepare and submit expense reports and track department budgets.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0-3 years of experience in an operations and/or administrative support role to executive-level personnel
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to create reports and pull data from multiple sources
  • Ability to exercise discretion, good judgment, tact, and poise in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Must have expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook
