Real Estate Coordinator

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

 

Oversee the company's real estate database, generating and updating various associated reports and spreadsheets regularly.

 

Assist in day-to-day departmental administrative duties, such as organizing site and lease information and files, typing and developing correspondence, sorting and mailing correspondence, and taking phone calls.

 

Research real estate site information and zoning for current and future store locations.

 

Assist in resolving issues reported over the phone regarding stores and our store operations team.

 

Arrange travel logistics for the Real Estate Team, and submit invoices and check requests.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong internet research skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Physical demands for this position frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the store, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Associate’s Degree or higher
