As a Senior General Manager, you will be vital to the success of your team members and your store's growth. Your previous leadership and multi-unit experience, coupled with the training we provide, will assist you in coaching and developing your team to become the best they can be so everyone succeeds. Whether it's demonstrating superior customer service or performing customer transactions, Sr. GMs lead by example and set a high bar for performance. In partnership with your District Director of Operations, you will set objectives and metrics for our highest performing stores, and ensure your team's achievement in meeting goals through your ability to motivate and encourage. All along the way, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive and engaging training program that will cover what you will need to excel in your career and to help fast-track you to the next level.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop your team through training, employee management, and setting an example improving potential for team members and the business.
  • Ensure store growth and profitability by accurately and correctly appraising vehicles, selling and explaining loan/pawn products to consumers, obtaining referrals, participating in community events, and more.
  • Develop customer relationships and provide unparalleled customer service in order to build new business, increase store profitability, and further brand dedication and recognition.
  • Set performance standards and expectations while holding the team accountable for upholding compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

Job Requirements



Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 5+ years’ industry experience in Sales, Retail, or Finance
  • Minimum of one year multi-unit management experience (5 to 7 brick and mortar locations)
  • Sales mentality and a real passion for customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills
  • Excels in a highly energized environment and handles multiple challenging tasks with ease
  • Proficiencies with phone, Point of Sale, and Microsoft Office
  • Use of personal vehicle required as well as the ability to drive on Company business throughout the workday
  • Credit and criminal background check required to include MVR (state exemptions may apply)
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance
  • At least 19 years of age
  • Ability to work store hours of operation, including Saturdays


Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or higher
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
