Job Description




As Strategic Operations Manager, you would be part of a team dedicated to ensuring our stores and corporate operations are productive and performing at the highest possible capacity. As a high collaborator and relationship-builder, you would use your interactions with other departments as one of your many data sources, allowing you to learn the critical success and reporting metrics that drive different aspects of the business so that you can then deliver reliable reporting and analysis. Your work would impact not only the decisions of the Executive Team, but also the day-to-day decisions of store management and various corporate departments throughout the organization.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


Assess the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the business and identify behavior outcomes versus systemic outcomes during analysis.


Identify and validate proper data sources, securing data from those sources and creating repeating reporting, scheduled weekly reports, and providing behavior and strategic analysis.


Communicate findings to upper and executive management, interpreting numbers and data into understandable business language and explaining the relevance.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4-year degree
  • 2+ years in an operations role
  • 2+ years in Data Management with experience in Excel, SQL, or other data mining tools
  • Must be a Power User in Microsoft Excel
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analysis and interpretation abilities
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
