Job Description


The TMX Finance® Family of Companies is looking for a Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations to bring an innovative and goal-oriented approach to growing our online products while overseeing alignment with brick and mortar operations.  Your knowledge of technological opportunities and trends in the marketplace will ensure that policies, procedures, and programs support the Company’s objectives, ensuring the growth and profitability of a multi-million dollar portfolio. The SVP position requires a forward thinking leader who has the ability to develop strategic business-to-business account relationships and effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.  


Essential duties & responsibilities

Develop and implement successful business strategies, facilitating cross-disciplinary collaboration, and developing key business metrics to assess performance.

Lead a proactive, collaborative, and strategic account planning process that ensures mutual performance objectives, milestones, optimizations, risk assessment, and defined successes.

Identify areas of opportunity to grow online operations while communicating your vision and action plans to business partners.

Leverage strong financial, technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills to build out online lending products and portfolio.

Collaborate with the executive team on initiatives and evolving business strategies.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, operations management or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience with portfolio growth and management with a preferred concentration in the online consumer finance space.
  • Strong technical knowledge of network-, web-, and mobile-based systems.
  • Hands-on leadership style, with the ability to clearly convey vision and best practices related to the evolving nature of technology in the online lending industry.
  • The ability to think creatively and strategically to successfully leverage external business and negotiate with individuals and groups.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines.
  • Solid and broad understanding of all aspects of financial management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills, including experience developing and executing strategic plans.
